WHAT DOES A TYPICAL DAY LOOK LIKE?

Every day is different and varies depending on the job, but you may be involved in:

• Inspecting irrigation systems for any damage or malfunctions.
• Checking water pressure and flow rates.
• Identifying and troubleshooting any issues.
• Installing new irrigation systems or components.
• Calibrating controllers and sensors.
• Maintaining and repairing existing systems

OCCUPATIONAL OUTCOME:

A Certificate III in Irrigation Technology opens doors to careers like Irrigation Technician, Irrigation Installer, Irrigation System Designer, Irrigation Maintenance Specialist, and Water Management Technician. These roles involve precise planning, installation, and maintenance of irrigation systems.
